Meet the Trainers of RCOP Fitness Center
CHRIS CAMPLI, RCOP DIRECTOR OF FITNESS
Chris earned his B.S. degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences from West Chester University and his M.S. degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. He is certified as a personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and as a performance enhancement specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
With six years’ experience, Jacki teaches a variety of popular group exercise classes and, as a personal trainer, helps people reach their fitness goals. After graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Jacki completed her Personal Training certification through the American Council on Exercise.
Joe has been a respected fitness professional for more than a decade, working as a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and manager. In addition to his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Concordia University, Joe is certified as a Level 1 Precision Nutrition coach. An avid competitor, Joe is a Spartan Race Pro team member and winner of the TKO: Total Knock-Out game show.
Bridget graduated from Temple University with her B.S. degree in Public Health. An enthusiastic group exercise instructor, certified personal trainer and manager, she has worked in the fitness industry since 2014. Bridget plays tennis competitively with the United States Tennis Association and is a professional natural bodybuilder.
With an extensive background in dance, Gina earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance & Movement from the University of the Arts and studied anatomy & physiology at Rowan College. Gina is a personal trainer, fitness manager, and registered yoga teacher who teaches a variety of invigorating group exercise classes.
